  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, American Express, PayPal and Klarna. All Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, American Express payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Sagepay. PayPal and Klarna payments are taken directly from their secure checkout systems.

    All first-time orders must be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

  • DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY IN LONDON?

    At present we are not able to offer this service.

    You will receive a confirmation email from us advising you that your order will be processed shortly, if you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder, as sometimes your security setting will send your messages here. If you still do not receive an email, please contact us.

  • CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

    It is possible to place an order over the phone, although it is preferred for orders to be placed through our website.

  • HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

    Once your payment and the delivery/billing address has been verified our fulfillment team will then begin the process of picking and packing your order. When all these processes have been met, delivery is in one working day.

  • WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU ACCEPT?

    All of our prices are in UK pounds sterling. If you have any problems ordering, please contact us.

  • WHO CAN I SPEAK TO ABOUT SIZE AND FIT QUERIES?

    We have a helpful team of experienced online stylists who will be more than happy to help you with any fashion dilemmas.

  • HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

    We use UK sizing and a size chart is available to provide detailed information on the size and fit. However, if you wish to contact one of our online stylists, please email stylist@winserlondon.com and they will be happy to help.

  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO AMEND MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?

    Once you have placed an order and we have sent your order confirmation email, we are unfortunately unable to amend or cancel the order. However, once the items have been delivered, you are welcome to make a return through our free returns process and receive a refund.
