HOW TO
PACK FOR A WEEKEND AWAY
Packing for a weekend away or a short holiday can be challenging. Our founder Kim Winser shares her words and wisdom to help you pack smartly. Perfect the art of packing with Kim’s top five tips for effortless travel style…

Top left: Cotton Blazer and Cotton shorts in white. Top right: Pure Linen Striped Vest Top and Cotton A line Skirt. Bottom Centered: Oversized Silk Shirt in ivory and Italian Leggings in stone.
PACK LIGHT
Pack light, footwear is heavy so consider options you can wear with multiple looks. Keep shoes in dustbags to keep them separate, and pack them first at the bottom of your case so as not to crease your clothes. Chic trainers and flats are versatile choices; they are great to walk around and can easily be dressed up for dinner.

Top left: Summer Cotton A Line Shift Dress in pale blue. Top right: Pure Linen T-Shirt Dress in navy. Bottom centered: Brio Silk Scarf in green and Boyfriend Jumper in soft green.
BE DECISIVE WITH COLOUR
Pre-plan outfits and make sure you have choices around a theme depending on weather and activities you plan to do.

Top left: Boyfriend Jumper in soft orange and Miracle Classic Trouser in rhubarb pink. Top left: Carin Butterfly Silk Top and Wide Leg Trouser (coming soon). Bottom centered: Silk Cotton Top in green and Cotton Shorts in white (coming soon).
ADD PLAYFUL PRINTS AND COLOURS INTO THE MIX
Consider base colours and then add the fun. I always start with neutral colours such as a neutral, white , black or navy before adding pops of colour or prints, it’s fun to experiment so on holiday, I love bright colour on colour, pink with red or orange, green and yellow and if the prints work, a print with print can be fun too.
Bottom left: Audrey Cashmere Jumper in camel. Top left: Pure Linen T-Shirt Dress in cool aqua.
CASHMERE WHEN TRAVELLING IS A MUST FOR ME
It is the lightest of fabrics and doesn’t crease, so perfect as well as elegant and stylish. I always pack for layering, light cottons, light cashmeres and only one or two bottoms. Dresses are great, they are generally light but choose ones that don't need serious ironing.
