Welcome to the power of lazy chic. This is sweater dressing at its most appealing.
There are lots of sexy, lazy luxury looks to be had. Choose pale, hazy colours: blue, pink, cream and white or shades of pearly-grey and mink. With your hands in deep pockets and a slight slouch, you may want to buy a generous size for the right effect. Yes, the seventies sweater look is ribbed and coloured, but that’s another knitwear story all together. This is for sofa lounging, bare feet in ballet pumps in toning colours, a silky shirt underneath, outside your soft trousers... I'm getting quite excited. I don’t know whether it is the surfeit of Scandi TV but we are being urged to embrace “Haag”, that’s cosy to you and me. In the UK, the winter months of January and February can be our coldest and while it's circumspect to prep our clothes for spring, why not be warm in fresh colours.

I have listed here some of my suggestions from the new Winser London collection:
The Chambray is a fresh new blue and teamed with mink makes a lovely colour combination and very fresh when it's good to wear white again. Wrap up with a cashmere wrap, I love the oversized one. Light your candles and wait for spring to step over the window sill.
